This page accepts submissions for the “Tips & Tricks” presentation at the Hong Kong Society for Hand Therapy 20th Anniversary Symposium cum 11th APFSHT Pre-Congress Scientific Meeting: Advancing Practice through Legacy, Innovation, and Collaboration in Hand Therapy

the 20th Anniversary Annual Symposium with the theme in Hong Kong on 27-28 February 2027.

We are calling for 3-minute concept presentations featuring clever, practical ideas — tips or tricks that may be a little out of the ordinary but work brilliantly in your clinical practice. Evidence-based support is welcome but not a must. The goal is to share therapy-related solutions that improve patient care, workflow, or clinical creativity. All submissions are only allowed in English.

The Hong Kong Society for Hand Therapy Committee will review all submissions and decide what will be accepted for presentation during the Meeting. Notifications (acceptances/regrets) will be sent by October 2026.

Deadlines Subject to Change — All deadlines are in effect at HKT 23:59 on the day indicated.
 
TIPS and TRICKS SUBMISSION

Please use the online submission link first whenever possible to speed up processing; a printable written form (Form-English Only) is available only for regions where the link is inaccessible. Please send the filled form to info@hksht.org for submission.

Q&A

Who can submit tips and tricks?

The call is open to all therapists, including early-career professionals and first-time presenters.

Can I share a tip or trick I have previously presented elsewhere?

Yes. We welcome sharing of useful techniques previously presented in other settings. Please provide any relevant background when submitting.

What is the cost to submit?

There is no fee for submissions!

How are submissions selected?

Submissions are reviewed by members of the Hong Kong Society for Hand Therapy Committee. Speakers’ names are masked so that reviewers can focus on evaluating and ranking content.

When will I be notified if my submission is accepted?

Notifications of acceptance or regret will be sent by October 2026.

If my submission is accepted, what happens next?

Congratulations on your acceptance! The Hong Kong Society for Hand Therapy Committee will be in contact with more details. You will be responsible for submitting your presentation slides. You will also be responsible for registering for the meeting, including paying any registration fees.
